Not all people are at the same place in their christian life. Some would burn up with desire and fall into worse sins to satisfy that desire. God gave instruction so that in our human weakness we would not get trapped into a den of iniquity. while we have the perfect word our bodies are not redeemed and Romans 7 tells of the battle we fight
