A New Endeavor
I am seeking prayer support for myself in a new endeavor I have embarked upon.
The middle of last week I was appointed as a Legislative Ambassador for the California District of the American Cancer Society. It is both an honor and rather humbling. I anticipate being very active in the position. My main function will be to keep in contact with elected officials from the local Mayor on up to the Congress of the United States about issues concerning cancer. I am also now the Advocacy Chair for the Santa Maria Relay For Life. IN fact I have two meetings to attend next week already in that capacity.
