Yeah, I agree Jerry. Im not sure it warrants a murder charge, probably more like manslaughter (im baseing this on oregon law ofcourse), but this one will be a battle of the doctors. There is a factor of momentery mental lapse. Will be interesting to see the outcome. He did not need to shoot him again. The big problem is the space of time between the two shootings.
