Greetings! I learned about this site from candlelight and checked it out this morning. I really liked what I read - including the statement of faith.

I am married to Randy, this August will finish 23 years. We met when he was asst. pastor at a church in central OH. I was visiting my parents for Mother's Day. At the time I was teaching school in southern Ohio. After we were married for almost 3 years, God led us to come to NWIndiana for my hubby to attend college. God has, so far, led us to remain here.

Our son is 21 and is a member of the National Guard. He is in college, and in ROTC, heading for a commission. He would rather deploy, but has to do what he's told. Laughing

I was saved when I was 8 years old, at a summer camp. My parents and my siblings are all saved as well, PTL!!

My hubby was saved when he was a teen, and God called him to preach.

Our son was saved as a child. We homeschooled him through 5th grade and then put him in our church's wonderful school.

We are unashamedly Independent, fundamental Baptists and want to see the Lord work in our lives.

I look forward to the fellowship here.

Nah - IM4G lives in Florida - somewhere I'd like to be right now!!!
candle lives in OH - we used to live there, but haven't for almost 20 years. And I live in NWIndiana. The amazing thing about the internet is that it can bring likeminded people together, no matter where they live! Now we can add you to our list. How neat is that?!? Very Happy

Hi HP, welcome from me too, say were headed your way in early Feb. to bring mother-in-law back to Florida to stay till Easter...well closer anyway..., Angola, In. (North-East). Her wheel-chair and snow just don't mix. Cool

my water pipes froze this morning! where is all that global warming I have been hearing about? I woke up and it is 17 degrees outside - in FLORIDA!!!!!!!! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
