Its growing well - but the weather is too wet for haymaking which concerns my youngest son who buys & sells riding ponies.

RE: Dispensationalism or Covenant Theology?
Covenant with Adam:

Jer 7:23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.

Gen 2:15 ¶ And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Hsa 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
7 But they like men [Adam] have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.

Adam's security in the garden depended on his obedience to the covenant God had made with him. He rejected the knowledge of God in favour of the knowledge of good and evil & placed us all in breach of covenant.

Only Jesus' perfection under the Old Covenant, & his suffering the penalty for Adam's breach of covenant, secures our salvation, as we trust in Christ.

The overriding Everlasting Covenant in Jesus' blood saves all the redeemed.

Hbr 13:20 ¶ Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.
