Got this from Bro Sam Gipp's essay section of his newsletter:

In the last few years we have watched in confusion as men’s earrings, tattoos and vampires have literally taken over our nation seemingly overnight, without warning. How did the World pull this off without us seeing it coming? The fact is, we did see it. We watched it happening for fifty years. This “heathenization” of our nation was a three step process.

Phase 1: This introduced heathen music, morals and dress into our culture.

Phase 2: This brought men’s earrings, tattoos, branding and perverted entertainment.

Phase 3: This is in the future. It will bring the loss of civilized benefits; public water, power, sewer, honest police & military, tribalism, mob rule and “righteous” vengeance as a way of life.

Right now America has a huge civilized infrastructure that was built and maintained by the character that Christianity instills in its followers. But today this system is run by American pagans. It is only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down and reforms as Third-World tribalism like that found in Somalia. This will happen over a period of days and weeks. Then, rural areas will be ruled by tribalism and force while urban areas are run by corrupt political dictators and shock troops. How did this come about?

When Christianity entered Europe centuries ago it displaced tribalism with nationalism and developed what is known today as “European Society,” which left feudalism behind and spawned modern civilization. Suddenly, Satan, who had been worshipped through paganism was dethroned and replaced by the God of creation. It was devastating to his plan of world rule. But, Europe could go no further when it ran into residual paganism so God crossed the Atlantic and, as he had developed the nation of Israel within Egypt, developed an entirely new nation in the wilderness of America. Because of these two protected developments Israel and the United States are the only two nations in the world that have no pagan history.

From its beginning our country was built through the Christian character introduced into Americans via preaching and having the Bible as an integral part of our educational system. The normal heathenism found in man was displaced by the virtue and dedication to God instilled by the Bible. While other nations remained primitive, the freedom of thought and blessing of God caused America to pass them up in inventions and innovations. Early settlers got off the same type of sailing ships the world had been using for 2000 years, yet within just 200 years we had huge nuclear powered aircraft carriers. The settlers of 1776 plowed their fields with the same plows their ancient ancestors had used, yet today we have huge, 1,000 horse power, articulated tractors producing ten times the yield of those settlers.

Our national Christian character led us to share these benefits with the world. We got electric lights and shared them with the world. We used ballots rather than bullets to change our government and the world followed suit. We shared our medical blessings with pagan nations. The world now began to benefit from the fruits of Christianity but mistook it as the fruits of America; democracy, human rights and free speech were mistakenly (or intentionally through News Mafia misinformation) attributed to “democracy” rather than God and Christianity.

Just as we knowingly serve the Lord God there are those who knowingly serve Satan. Christian America; moral, clean and founded on the Bible, stood smack in the way of Satan’s plans for the world. It would have to be eliminated. It was a Monotheistic Republic and both had to go! Since the nation was Christian, it would have to be “heathenized” before Satan could replace God. The Bible-oriented message of both the classrooms and pulpits would have to be replaced with the Satan-oriented message of paganism.

How they did it - Phase 1:

1. America’s first teachers were preachers who taught the “3Rs” and biblical values.

2. These were replaced by “public” schools with professional teachers who taught the same as above.

3. Communism & Socialism were constructed as alternatives to our Republican form of government.

4. Communists & Socialists were installed as professors in colleges and universities to train the next generation of public school teachers to replace biblical values with the heathen/pagan values of environmentalism, homosexuality and one-world government. These teachers ushered in the “New Morality” and socialism. They taught Secular Humanism: “compassion” without Christ and “charity” without caring. In 1963 God was removed from public education. In ‘64 the Rock & Roll music of the “British Invasion” addicted American teens to the desires of their flesh.

How they did it - Phase 2:

By 1985-90 we had a generation which for 25 years had had no biblical input. The influence preachers had enjoyed over our society had been handed off to God-hating teachers, entertainers and News Mafia reporters.

The elimination of the Bible from our society led to a spiritual vacuum within every American. All Satan had to do was “present” earrings, tattoos and vampires and they were “sucked” into the spiritual vacancy within every American. Virtually overnight these pagan practices swept into Americans like smoke into a vacuum. Life was now dedicated to pleasure rather than glorifying the Creator. Like all pagans, Americans now have been converted to sensual, sex-obsessed perverts who still, through the pagan religion of earth-worship, found a way to see themselves as righteous.

Today, every American under 50 years old has been raised with that same spiritual void within them. This is due to the fact that there has been no Bible teaching in our public schools for that period of time. Also, the denominational seminaries have fallen to the same fate as secular universities with the same result. We are now a nation of pagans profiting from the remnants of our historic Christian founding.

How they did it - Phase 3:

I do not know what the “trigger” will be that instantly evaporates the cohesion of our threatened society. Those who have brought us to this perilous point are wiser in their evil that I am. I do not see what it will take. But when it happens the last remnant of our Christian founding, our societal infrastructure, will dissolve like sugar in water. Since most people under 50 will have the inner strength provided by a Bible upbringing, they will instantly be converted outwardly to the heathen they have been for years inwardly. They will be driven by violent selfishness. The welfare of no one else will matter to them. Then the guns will come out as they go hunting inside their neighbor’s houses for anything that will sustain them, and Heaven help the fool who tries to stop them!

With this breakdown will come a cessation of reliable water, sewer and electrical services. Bribes and muscle will rule the day and the nights will be pure horror...until a guy shows up in Europe who says he can make everything OK if the people will simply...and they will do whatever he says!

America may be beyond saving and being saved and having a King James Bible won’t guarantee food, safety or survival. Suddenly, vampires won’t be so important! It’s time to draw close to the Lord!

If one is biblical your rarely politically correct. Why is it the world has come to the conclusion that a child molester or someone who hates folks of the “alternate lifestyle”, is somehow much more wicked or sinful than a thief, murderer or liar. Do not all sinners spend eternity in the same hell separated from God? I believe there is an underlying reason, that the more disgusted we are, the more just we feel. The attitude that I would never do this or that is the same as the Pharisee praying thank you LORD I am not a sinner like him. I know of pastors who will not work with those convicted of these crimes or even witness to them because of the new attitudes. We work with abused children in a third world country. I can tell you first hand the disgust expressed often does as much or more damage than the sin itself. It is a natural bodily function created by God used in a wrong way with the wrong people. Its not the end of the world it is not getting limbs blown off and God makes us very resilient and self healing when treated as other sin. It is wrong no doubt, and there should be a price paid. But the price paid by all in this holier than thou mindset just does not meet Gods requirement of a just balance. I believe it is a way of masking underlying feeling of many, that they are not so different in their minds. And, in reality none of us are. Its only by grace we are not doing the same. With God’s hand removed each and every person is capable of the most vile things… If you think not, you are in a very dangerous position indeed.

I have just been reading about the early English Baptist who were exiled to Holland. One wrote home to describe their worship. The services started at 8.00 am. A scripture was read, and explained, and two or three Brethren then expounded the scripture, for up to an hour each, finishing at about 12.00 or 1.00. There was no singing and no translations of scripture were allowed, those reading read from Hebrew and Greek, translating as they went.

From the NewsWithViews website:

By Chuck Baldwin
May 19, 2010
NewsWithViews.com

People all over America are discussing freedom's future. In short, they are worried. In fact, many are actually talking about State secession. In coffee shops and cafes, and around dining room tables, millions of people are speaking favorably of states breaking away from the union. Not since the turn of the twentieth century have this many people thought (and spoken) this favorably about the prospect of a State (or group of states) exiting the union. In my mind, this is a good thing.

Even many of those who oppose the prospect of secession understand the increasing tyrannical nature of the current central government in Washington, D.C., and that something must be done about it.

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines tyranny as "1: oppressive power . . . 2: a government in which absolute power is vested in a single ruler . . . 3: a rigorous condition imposed by some outside agency or force . . . 4: a tyrannical act."

Even a casual observer would have to conclude that most of the actions proceeding forth from DC today match at least Webster's 1st and 3rd definitions of tyranny. Besides, who would argue the advantage of the tyranny of an oligarchy over the tyranny of a monarchy? A tyranny of many cannot be distinguished from a tyranny of one in most cases--especially not by those poor souls who are at the point of the spear of Government's cruelties.

The fact is, there is collusion between Big Government and Big Business (as each feeds and profits off the other) to strip the American people of their God-given liberties. Without a shadow of a doubt, had America's Founding Fathers not sagaciously cemented the Second Amendment into the US Constitution, the Jackboots would have marched over us years ago.

That freedom-loving people are reaching a point of frustration--and even fury--is quite understandable. And State secession is, very properly, the last best option for freedomists to maintain fidelity to the principles of liberty. All of America's founders understood this--all of them! And millions of modern-day American patriots are just now beginning to become reacquainted with this great, historic doctrine.

However, whether one subscribes to the doctrine of secession or not is quite immaterial. The breakup of the US is inevitable! Short of another Great Awakening, nothing can stop it. And given the spiritual deadness of most American churches these days, the prospect of a modern-day national revival seems remote at best.

It is a historical fact that no empire can sustain itself. And America is more and more becoming a global empire. For the sake of simplicity, I ask readers to ponder this question: How can one sustain a global economy without global government to manage and control it? Answer: One can't.

This is why elitists in politics, economics, and the military have been calling for global government for decades. People such as George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Walter Cronkite, Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali, David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, Gideon Rachman, Warren Christopher, Walt Rostow, Richard Gardner, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Robert Pastor, et al. Furthermore, organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderbergers, and the Trilateral Commission are constantly promoting regional or global unification. Moreover, institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and, of course, the United Nations (UN) all contribute to the escalation of globalism.

I have written two previous columns outlining much relevant information on this very real promotion of globalism.

Therefore, it is safe to say that, for the most part, America's foreign policy is (and has been) controlled and manipulated by globalists. Accordingly, America's armed forces are used more and more as international policemen to patrol the streets of the world on behalf of this international cabal of merchants and politicians. The cover for this is the mantra of fighting an international "war on terrorism." But the real agenda is, keeping our troops fighting in perpetual war so that they might be available to the globalists at the UN and US State Department (not to mention countless "off the books" operations being run by the CIA and a host of other agencies) for the purpose of maintaining the "global economy" (and only God knows how many illegal enterprises).

Perpetual war also allows the Machiavellians who desire to turn America into a police state to increasingly encroach upon constitutionally protected liberties by keeping the populace in a perpetual state of fear. After all, as long as our troops are "over there" fighting (and making) enemies, we will always need Big Brother to keep us safe "over here." And the only way he can do that is by putting us all in cages; but hey, it's for our own good, right?

And, of course, this new "global force for good" must itself be reshaped into an image compatible with the political correctness of the New World Order. Hence, more and more women are being placed in combat units. In fact, females are now the fastest growing group of enlistees within the US armed forces. And for the first time in US history, women are now approved to serve aboard submarines. (I am sure submariners' wives are thrilled about this!)

"How does flooding the US military with women fit into the scheme of the globalists?" you ask. Simple. By reducing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our military forces, it requires them to be part of a "coalition" force. Come on, folks, figure it out: our troops are always part of some sort of global "coalition" army. They always serve in concert with NATO, or the UN, or at the behest of some other global entity.

And please, I don't need readers to write me with great indignation, calling me "sexist." Get real! If women can serve in combat equally with men, why not have an all-female combat infantry division? How about an all-female tank division? Let's have an all-female Navy warship! What about an all-female Navy SEAL team or Army Special Forces team? If, then, women are inefficient in combat as a unit, they are equally inefficient in combat individually. Wise up, people! It is critical to the globalists controlling Washington politics that our military be integrated with foreign entities. Allowing the weaker vessels to dilute the warrior-strength of our combat units helps to accomplish this in spades!

Folks, this new American empire is not sustainable. Mark it down: the American empire will follow every other notable empire of antiquity and collapse under its own weight. The signs are already ubiquitous.

In its attempt to entice illegal aliens (a necessary component to the globalization of America) by providing them with almost complete and universal welfare benefits, the Empire has saddled the states with a monstrous debt and has planted the seeds for its own fragmentation.

The American Southwest is a boiling caldron. Revolutionaries, violent criminal gangs, agitators, drug runners, human traffickers, and agent provocateurs--all loyal to Mexico--have been allowed to freely unleash their anti-American vitriol to the point that, in desperation, the State of Arizona is now trying to fight back. It is probably too little too late, however. Both the central government in Washington, D.C., and the national news media are sympathetic to the cause of La Raza. Look at how those brave legislators and governor in Arizona have been lampooned by the national press corps.

The call for the "reconquista" of America's great Southwest will continue to escalate. It is all part of the globalists' plan to regionalize the United States. The template is already in place. CFR's Robert Pastor has already done the legwork. The North American Community (or Union) is past the drawing table stage; it is now being implemented. The NAFTA superhighway is being built and La Raza has been unleashed on the frontier. It's only a matter of time.

Furthermore, take a look at the staggering debt that this government in Washington, D.C., has burdened the American people with. To talk numbers is meaningless: they total more than we can possibly begin to fathom. These numbers shock sensibilities and strain comprehension. In this regard, toss away all notions of partisan politics. Both major parties in DC have forever plunged our children and grandchildren's future into a chasm of indebtedness so deep that it can never be recovered. Never!

Yet again, perpetual war has accomplished its purpose: unmitigated debt has allowed international bankers to print and loan vast sums of paper money that can be used to further their dreams of a global economy, complete with a mutually palatable system of burgeoning global governance.

I say again, the American empire is not sustainable; the breakup of the United States is inevitable. It is only a matter of time. The real question is not IF the US will breakup, but WHEN and HOW?

Globalists are already planning America's breakup. Indeed, their plans for the future global economy DEMAND that America fracture. So, all of those who want to parade around and pontificate about the "unconstitutionality" and "impracticality" of secession can do so to their hearts' content. It changes nothing. The breakup is coming.

What is yet to be seen, of course, is if there will be enough states (the last vanguards of liberty) with the foresight to recognize the rise of tyranny and globalism as it approaches, and muster the courage and fortitude to do what principled patriots and lovers of liberty have always done: draw their line in the sand for freedom. Call it what you will; debate the definitions and language all you like; it all comes down to the same thing: either men fight for freedom and independence or they allow themselves and their children to be sold into slavery. At some point in the future (how far in the future, no one knows), we Americans will, once again, have to face that decision.

In the meantime, keep talking about freedom around your coffee tables; keep writing about freedom in your books and columns; keep praying about freedom in your churches and closets; keep dreaming about freedom in your hearts and minds. Real freedom--where a man can be left alone; where a man can keep what he earns; where a man can make his own choices; where a man's property is his own; where harassing agents of an oppressive central government are nowhere to be found; where a man doesn't have to sell his soul in order to sell his wares; where a man's worship of God is not subject to political correctness (or the IRS); and where a man can actually exchange commerce and correspondence without the prying eyes of Big Brother--is worth any price. ANY PRICE!

As Barry Goldwater said, "Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice." Amen! And if the pursuit of freedom requires the extremism of secession, I say, LET IT COME!

We often feel helpless, in situations. We want guidance. We know we should turn to the Bible; but sometimes we forget. We know we should trust our Savior; but sometimes we get ahead of ourselves – or we get a little too "into" ourselves. This is a common experience for all Christians, myself included.

We are commanded by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus, to love Him – and, to love others. Simple commandments; but, we forget these too. Then, lest we should begin beating ourselves up for perceived failures, we can recognize that we are under grace, thus no longer condemned by Jesus. We let go, we slip back under His yoke...and, we love some more.

This is the Christian life.

In today's perilous times, people find themselves riled up by the forces of darkness and evil around us. We hear something that makes us sad, which leads to a bit of anger, which leads us into a foolish argument – which we are advised, by the apostle Paul, to avoid. Thus, we "engender strife," when we could – simply – love.

Does love mean we agree with everything? God forbid. Does love mean we don't feel when people are hurting themselves? God forbid. God's love is as great as His justice, His recognition of right and wrong.

And so, I write this article as a letter of encouragement to the Christian Church to continue trusting in the love of the Saviour, rather than in your own understanding, to continue swallowing your pride and letting Him fight our battles for us. Often, we have a tendency to want to play the hero, or the heroine; this temptation comes from a desire to prove ourselves. In Christ, our souls are already proven.

I was once a gay activist, and the editor of a national gay magazine. I lived a life with a same-sex partner, with a dog, a house, and many friends. Then, I got saved, and realized that I couldn't be gay and Christian – because, that would be living a lie. Soon, I found help to heal from homosexuality, and found myself living a new life, as a heterosexual man – complete with memories and a certain perspective of what it's like to be under the grips of a life lived in the excuse of a sin.

Jesus provides a way out of all temptations that are common to man. Homosexuality is one of those temptations that some people face. There will always be the temptation to dive in, completely, becoming identified with a sinful behavior; in fact, this temptation has become a political movement – supported by many politicians and courts in our land, as well as other countries in this world. But Christians aren't to be afraid of the pressure of an increasingly prevalent world system; we are not to be yoked together and conformed to the ways of this world.

I don't believe that we should fear our brothers and sisters who do make the decision to bind, in small or large ways, with the ways of the world. For our commandment from Jesus is not a commandment of fear, but of love. When a fellow Christian gets misguided, we are to love him or her the same way we are to love the lost; the way God, and only God, can love.

And, so, it is frustrating when Christians lose their principles and compromise on the brilliant truth and the power of the gospel to save people from all sins. It is frustrating when Christians take the side of the enemy, against fellow believers. And it is frustrating when Christians re-crucify Christ, through their obsession with never-ending transgression. But, all these things – and, so much more – needn't make us afraid; they should make us more ready to love.

They should make us feel the sadness of the transgression, the tragedy of the turning away. When I was 19 years old, I was a confident "queer youth" activist, planning a protest of the Christian Coalition's Faith & Freedom Day event in San Diego's Balboa Park in 1996. I was dressed in what we called "Republican Drag," and shouting obscenities at the crowd of what we called "hateful" Christians. I was standing there, fighting for a cause I firmly believed in. Then, a small group of brave Christian women formed a circle, and began – calmly, lovingly – praying for me and my fellow "queer youth" protesters. They circled us, loving us, praying for us, walking slowly around us. I remember being less than a foot away from a nice lady, who was telling me she loved me. I remember being so angry at her, raising my voice, shouting right into her face some awful, profane words.

But as the years went by, I never forgot that woman's love. And I never forgot the truth embedded within that love. And when Christ finally came to pluck me out of my bondage, it was memories like this one that combined as a powerful testimony to the truth of the gospel, and the saving power of Jesus Christ. I could feel God's love – even, when I was deep within the traps of the enemy. And it was that love – and that love alone – that set me free.

For Christians, today, this is a period of testing. As the devil increases in strength, forcing apostasy within the Church, taking over our Christian country – unless we stand strong – the only way to success in Christ is to let Him love others through us. This means we do not re-write the Word of God. We do not re-write the Holy Scriptures. We do not say, as some so-called Christians have said in recent times, that somehow the apostle Paul just "didn't understand" modern times. We trust Jesus, not our own understanding. We give up any notion we have of our own understanding, humble ourselves to the power of the gospel to save, and love through our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. We have the Holy Spirit within us; we do not want to grieve Him.

For me, it is remarkably frustrating to see some people within the so-called "Christian" sphere compromising the Word of God on the issue of homosexuality. It terrifies me to think of what might happen to these people's souls. I know that homosexuality is a powerful force in today's world – but don't forget that it was a powerful force in ancient times as well. Remember in the book of Judges, how homosexuality pops up at the end of a long, progressive apostasy? Remember how homosexuality is described as one of the lusts that enflames people, after they have turned away from God, causing in them the results of their transgression? Have we gotten so far from God that we are willing to attempt a revision of reality, simply because we're too afraid to see how bad things have gotten?

The truth of homosexuality is that it is, like so many other things, a sin. And the truth about healing from homosexuality is that, like so many other sins, it can be done.

For Christians to say that homosexuality is okay is for Christians to keep fellow brothers and sisters in bondage, suggesting (a) it's okay, and (b) other people trying to help them out of bondage are "hateful." For Christians to accept some kind of validity with respect to homosexuality is for those same "Christians" to turn on the Lord Jesus – whose arms are open to welcome homosexuals out of their identity, out of their habits, out of their former life, and into His liberating grace.

When I first came out of homosexuality, publicly, in 2007, I received 900 e-mails from loving Christians, praying, asking for guidance, sending their love. But in the last three years, I have seen strong, good Christian leaders fall into a pit of apologetic confusion around this issue of homosexuality. And I have seen good Christians turn on their brothers and sisters with an accusatory look, and the curses of the devil, because of their support for homosexuality. Make no mistake: Satan wants this issue to divide the church.

But we needn't fear that either. Know the truth. I am just one of countless individuals who have left homosexuality, and now live heterosexual lives. Christians have the blessed opportunity to help people out of bondage – that is the essence of our faith! Christians have the blessed opportunity to share in the power of our Savior, and watch His power at work, as He delivers people from their cages. I see people, constantly, who correspond with me via e-mail, Facebook, or whatever, who are getting through the valley, looking toward the clear blue sky. Remember 1 Corinthians 10:13: "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." This does not just apply to homosexual temptations, or any other physical sensation; this also applies to the temptation to turn away from the gospel, because the gospel seems too difficult.

Christians, we don't walk the easy, wide road; we walk the more difficult, narrow road. But, when we have the grace to do so, we know that we are doing the right thing, because Jesus is leading the way. And what a blessing it is to stop resisting Him, to stop making excuses for Him, to stop justifying ourselves in the light of His more superior truth, and give in to Him – and let Him lead and let His love flow through us.

It is in this love that we must continue to shine as lights in this world, helping people heal from their infirmities and helping people heal from homosexuality.

Great article on the recent law passage in Arizona that enforces already existing federal law:

By Chuck Baldwin
April 30, 2010
NewsWithViews.com

Open borders advocates are livid that the State of Arizona has enacted a new law authorizing State law enforcement personnel to arrest illegal aliens. The Reverend Al Sharpton is threatening to march. The mayor of San Francisco has declared Arizona off limits as a travel destination. The national government of Mexico has issued travel warnings. President Barack Obama is contemplating bringing a federal lawsuit against the State. Some are calling for a boycott of the State.

So, why all the fuss?

The State of Arizona is rightly sick and tired of the federal government's refusal to protect our nation (and the State of Arizona specifically) from this foreign invasion that is commonly referred to as "illegal immigration." In other words, the State of Arizona has said, "If the federal government won't enforce the law, we will." I say, good for them! Now, the other border states (Texas, New Mexico, and California) should do the same thing. Arizona has it right, and the vast majority of the American people know it.

As an aside, if you are considering a visit to the American Southwest this summer, why not support the brave legislators and governor of Arizona, and make a point to spend your leisure dollars in Arizona? And when you do, write a letter to the State capitol and tell them. Even more importantly, I suggest that everyone contact their own State representatives, senators, and governors, and urge them to enact a similar law--to the one Arizona passed--in your State.

And since the national news media refuses to set the record straight on the subject of illegal immigration (one could even say that the national news media is deliberately covering up the record), let's do that right here and now.

First, let's talk about numbers. Even though the Census Bureau (CB) estimates 11 million illegal aliens live in America, the real numbers are much higher. Even CB officials admit that many illegal aliens purposely avoid the census count. A more reliable count is provided by Bear Stearns. It puts the number of illegal aliens at around 20 million. Former US Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-CO), who was Chairman of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus, puts the number at over 18 million.

According to Tennesseans for Responsible Immigration Policies (TNRIP), 6,000 immigrants arrive in America EVERY DAY. That equates to more than 2 million EVERY YEAR. In many communities in the Southwest, including Los Angeles, California, and Houston, Texas, Hispanics now comprise a majority of the population. But numbers of illegal aliens are quickly beginning to mount in cities throughout the United States.

For example, TNRIP documents the fact that the Hispanic population grew in three Tennessee counties by more than 70% between 2000 and 2004. In one of those counties (Robertson) it grew over 95% during that time. In seven Tennessee counties, the Hispanic population grew by more than 40%. Now, Tennessee can hardly be considered a "border state." The fact is, what is happening in Tennessee is happening all over the United States. And lest you think this is all harmless, think again.

According to TNRIP, the financial cost of this foreign invasion to U.S. taxpayers is staggering! Here is a breakdown of the annual costs:

Education: $22.5 billion
Bi-lingual Education: $3.3 billion
AFDC: $2.4 billion
SSI: $2.9 billion
Social Security: $24.8 billion
Housing Assistance: $2.6 billion
Criminal Justice: $2.6 billion
Jobs Lost by Americans: $10.8 billion
Other Programs: $51.4 billion
Food Stamps: $7 billion
Health Care: $1.4 billion

The first study of the net cost of illegal immigration to American taxpayers was conducted in 1997 by Dr. Donald Huddle, Professor Emeritus of Economics at Rice University. This study concluded that from 1970 to 1997, illegal immigration had cost taxpayers over $69 billion. Obviously, the financial numbers have exploded since then.

Furthermore, during 1996 alone, more than 2.3 million American workers were displaced by (mostly) illegal aliens. Harvard Professor George Borjas estimates that today American workers lose $133 billion per year in wage depression and job loss.

Back in 2007 it was reported, "LA County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich announced that a new report shows illegal aliens and their families collected over $35 million in welfare and food stamp allocations in July.

"In the report, illegals are said to have collected nearly $20 million in welfare assistance for July 2007 and an additional $15 million in monthly food stamp allocations for an estimated annual cost of $440 million.

"'Illegal immigration continues to have a devastating impact on Los Angeles County taxpayers,' said Antonovich. 'In addition to $220 million for public safety and $400 million for healthcare, the $440 million in welfare allocations bring the total cost to County taxpayers that exceeds $1 billion a year--this does not include the skyrocketing cost of education.'"

Consider, too, this recent report by Heritage Foundation's Robert Rector. According to Byron York at National Review, "Rector found that in 2004, the most recent year for which figures are available, low-skill households received an average of $32,138 per household--the great majority in the form of means-tested aid and direct benefits. (Rector excluded from that figure the cost of public goods and interest; with those included, he says, each low-skill household receives an average of $43,084.) Against that, Rector found that low-skill households paid an average of $9,689 in taxes. (The biggest chunk of that was the Social Security tax--$2,509--followed by state and local taxes, consumption taxes, property taxes, and federal income taxes, but Rector counted everything, including highway levies and lottery purchases.) In the final calculation, he found, the average low-skill household received $22,449 more in benefits than it paid in taxes--the $32,138 in benefits, excluding public goods, minus the $9,689 in taxes.

"Taking that $22,449, and multiplying it by the 17.7 million low-skill households, Rector found that the total deficit for such households was $397 billion in 2004. 'Over the next ten years the total cost of low-skill households to the taxpayer (immediate benefits minus taxes paid) is likely to be at least $3.9 trillion,' Rector writes. 'This number would go up significantly if changes in immigration policy lead to substantial increases in the number of low-skill immigrants entering the country and receiving services.'"

It has been noted that 75% of people on LA's most-wanted list are illegal aliens. Nearly 25% of all inmates in California detention centers are here illegally, and roughly 30% of inmates in the federal prisons are illegal aliens.

In addition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegals from south of the border. According to Tancredo, gang membership by illegal aliens in many states is 50%, and in Phoenix, Arizona, illegal aliens constitute 34% of child-molestation and 40% of auto theft cases.

Furthermore, illegal aliens murder (on average) 12 Americans EVERY DAY, according to Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa). Plus, illegals that drive drunk kill another 13 Americans EVERY DAY. That means illegal aliens kill more Americans EVERY YEAR than have been killed in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars in total.

Of course, Arizonans are still reeling from the recent high profile murder of a fellow citizen on his own property by an illegal.

Law enforcement agencies are very much cognizant of a surge in Latin American "ultra-violent" gangs that have sprung up in more than 40 US states. According to the FBI, one gang called MS-13 has been identified in 42 states. Another group called the 18th Street Gang is in 37 states. According to FBI MS-13 National Gang Task Force director Brian Truchon, "When the gang migrates throughout the U.S., there is always a road back to L.A. From L.A., there is always a road back to Central America."

Retired lawman Jim Kouri wrote, "According to Lt. Steve Rogers, a decorated cop and award-winning writer, there are tens of thousands of murderers, rapists, child predators, robbers and drug dealers who are illegally in the United States. One study shows over 200,000 criminal aliens are preying on U.S. citizens."

What the Arizona law does is authorize its law enforcement personnel to ENFORCE THE LAW. No one in Arizona is talking about racial profiling or violating citizens' constitutional rights. In fact, the new Arizona law actually mirrors already established federal law. But the federal government has hamstrung State and local police agencies in their attempts to arrest illegals for decades. Now, Arizona policemen can arrest illegals for being in the State of Arizona illegally, and have them deported: something they should have been doing (and have every right to do) all along. No wonder the vast majority of the American people (not to mention the citizens of Arizona) supports the Arizona law.

But there is a greater issue here: the right of the State of Arizona to protect, defend, and govern itself. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the State sovereignty movement is growing like a wildfire. Whether it is Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Alaska, or a couple dozen other states, legislators are beginning to awaken to the constitutional and moral responsibility of each State to govern itself. And when the central government in Washington, D.C., abridges or impedes that responsibility, it is the right and duty of states to resist.

This is why I tell people everywhere I speak, What is going on in [Your State] is infinitely more important than anything that goes on in Washington, D.C. Without the approbation of the State, DC's actions and attitudes are irrelevant. This is why we need county sheriffs, State legislators, State judges, State attorneys general, and governors who--along with their State's citizenry--understand the Constitution and are willing to courageously hold the line for freedom and constitutional government in their respective states. And by passing this anti-illegal alien bill, the State of Arizona did just that--the chagrin and consternation of open borders advocates notwithstanding.

Author: Sandy Rios

Two-hundred-thirty-four years ago, a core of American citizens -- just like you and me -- pledged their lives and their fortunes to break free of the bondage of taxes, regulation and the tyrant known as King George.

They signed their name on the dotted line knowing full well it was no exercise in penmanship, but a commitment to establish freedom once for all in their land.

They won their freedom -- ours too -- and for generations, Americans have worked hard, worshipped freely, developed the natural resources of this beautiful land, explored the boundaries of space, engineered, designed and created things fantastic and beyond imagination in science, medicine, technology. We've invented cars and computers and technologies...fantastic devices...developed organizational skills and structure. Based on the perfect blending of law and freedom, Americans have felt free to pursue their gifts, their dreams and have lived and died by their own ingenuity.

Religious freedom has flourished because America's religious foundation -- Christianity -- is by its nature a faith exercised in free will...not born of birth or obligation but of choice. It was with this foundation that early on Jews and later members of all world religions found a place of sanctuary and not punishment for their unique religious conscience. Freedom is the foundation of strong religious faith and the foundation for strong economic growth and the foundation for the release of human ingenuity and energy.

And America has not used her strength only on herself. She has welcomed the world's people, yearning to be free. She has used her prosperity and the strength of her character applied to military might to protect and defend nations all over the world, not as conquerors but as warriors handing out chocolates to little children...offering hope and peace...building up where we have made war. Making friends and allies of our enemies...sending unbelievable amounts of money and human treasure to aid in tragedies, build hospitals, feed the hungry, fight the diseased. There has never been a country like America...never.

A few years ago I was speaking on the grounds of the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa, when an attendee amazed me with his remark: "If America falls, where else will the world turn? Who else will take its place as a beacon of hope and life and freedom?"

But the Canadian wasn't the only one who feels that way. When we open the phones on my radio show to discuss the dangerous trajectory of our nation, we hear from former citizens of Eastern Europe and Nazi Germany and Cuba who fill the phone lines with lament at what they see happening in the country they have so grown to love. They never thought they would see the day when their beloved America would go the way of the country of their first love. Amazed...dismayed...people who understand better than many of the current generation what is slipping away before them.

Even the Germans, once our arch enemies -- and who, up until recently, were the radical opponents of conservative leadership in this country -- have demonstrated their true feelings about their former enemy. A recent article from Der Spiegel states:

Angela Merkel is traveling across America this week. It's a country she loves, but the German chancellor is still having trouble connecting with Barack Obama....The chancellor was last in Washington on Nov. 3, 2009. She was there to give a speech to the U.S. Congress, a rare honor for a foreign leader, and when she was responding to a journalist's questions shortly before the speech, something happened that almost never happens to her; she swallowed. She had a lump in her throat, and it rendered her speechless for a few moments.

She was excited because this speech meant a lot to her. Then she stood up in front of the assembled U.S. Representatives and Senators and said that because of the Berlin Wall, America had long been "the land of unlimited opportunity" for her. "I had to create my own picture of the United States from films and books, some of which were smuggled in from the West by relatives," she said. "I was passionate about the American dream...the opportunity for everyone to be successful, to make it in life through their own personal effort."

When the Chancellor of Germany can weep at the thought of the greatness of America while the American president can only apologize, and express shame for its alleged evil, what does it tell you?

It tells you that this president should never have been elected. It tells you that he does not love this country like you do or I do or even like the Chancellor of Germany does. Could an enemy do more to dismantle and destroy it? His mentors from the earliest years were leftists...from his mother and father to his Communist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis. Barack Obama has never been enamored with the America he has never known. The hero of his mentors was the old Soviet Union. Why else would he bargain away our nuclear power to Russia, an entity far past its prime except for the romanticism that comes with being raised with Marxist ideals?

Why else would he implement economic policies that create and sustain unemployment, institute unsustainable debt, reward non-contributors and punish the ambitious, wealth creators? Why else would he dismantle the world's greatest medical system, dooming healthcare to mediocrity, medical innovation and research to a standstill, hamstring the nation's space exploration, prevent the exploration of our own energy supply...implement crippling cap-and-trade policies to further break our economic backs, all the while feigning he's doing the opposite?

We will not survive the policies of this president. If we don't rise up as our forefathers did 234 years ago, we will lose what they sacrificed for -- and, make no mistake, many of them lost almost everything they had in the pursuit of freedom. We will have lost the freedoms they sacrificed for in addition to what we have worked to achieve, but most of all lost that which our children and grandchildren will never have even experienced.

We are at a tipping point. Either we turn this American ship around quickly, or we will all go down with it. The tipping point is fragile...if the ship leans one way, it will purge the nation of this leadership and all who follow it.

- Out with the czars...the sexual radicals like Kevin Jennings, "Safe School Czar" who believes in sex between children and adults. And Chai Feldblum who wrote the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) to assure that people of all sexual deviancies cannot be discriminated against even in public schools.

- Out with the tyrants in Congress who would punish corporations who dare to disagree with the administration's policies.

- Out with the leaders of ACORN and the SEIU who break the law to steal elections and destroy American institutions with impunity.

- Out with the lawyers at Justice under Attorney General Eric Holder who protect terrorists and put their own citizens at risk...who release members of the New Black Panthers charged with intimidating voters while placing law abiding citizens on special watch lists.

- Out with a president who treats our friends like enemies and our enemies like friends.

- Out with a president who bows to the Saudi prince and the Chinese president, who gives flowery speeches to the Arab world claiming America is a Muslim nation, while disrespecting and degrading our own traditions.

- Out with a president who says "Whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower, and when conflicts break out...one way or another...we get pulled into them." Whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower?!!!

- Out with a president who wishes his nation weaker...one who sets about to make it so.

Yes, the tipping point is fragile -- and if we tip the other way, we will find out readily what it's like to not be a military superpower, as terrorists and rogue nations gladly take us up on our weakness.

We will find out what sustained and increasing unemployment is like, what poverty for more Americans looks like -- more stores boarded, more businesses failing, more government handouts until they dwindle when there are no more so-called rich to provide them. We will find out what less freedom to express ideas and opinions is like, restrictions on conservative talk radio and alternative media, minimal healthcare, seniors neglected and dying earlier, the privileged political class at the front of the medical lines -- all lines for that matter. And the American ship sinking into the abyss of poverty and obscurity.

What separates us from those two paths? It is, simply put...the Tea Party movement. It is their insistence on continuing to be able to speak the truth, to make their own choices, to voice their opposition to a tyrannical government, to defend the Constitution and exercise their First Amendment rights in public protest.

Who do you think is energizing this country? Is it the politicians in Washington? Is it the Republican leadership? No, they are motivated by this movement. While some have been lulled to sleep by the opium of power, others want to do what's right -- and the energy of the Tea Party Patriots has given them the courage to speak up and fight.

Which way will this great nation tip? God willing, it will be in the way of the Boston Tea Party Patriots before us who knew exactly what needed to be thrown into the ocean.

This article came from Don Wildmon's OneNewsNow.com website. He's the Christian that helps organize boycotts against the myriad of God-haters in America. His organization is called American Family. The article is a must read for a Christian:

"Two weeks ago, I wrote a column addressing how our current out-of-control leadership in Washington is attempting to pass laws they have no constitutional authority to enact.

After it was published, I received a host of emails from people that could be lumped into three main categories. The first group included those who said that the Constitution is outdated, and therefore irrelevant in conversations about modern American politics. Addressing the breathtaking ignorance and danger of such a proposition would take up the rest of this column and about 50 more. Suffice it to say that the frail paper under glass in Washington is all that stands between we the people and submission to tyrants.

The second group of responses went something like this: "I think you're right....I had never thought about that." As reassuring as it is to get positive feedback, in this case that kind of response only reemphasized my initial concern: our power hungry leadership knows the people are unaware of our foundational document and use that knowledge as an excuse to run roughshod over the carefully enumerated limits to their power.

But the largest reaction I received was from concerned citizens who, like me, have been complacent for far too long in demanding that our leaders stick to the Constitution. Citizens who, like me, excused unconstitutional behavior of the president – so long as it was a president from our political party. Citizens who, like me, might have been uncomfortable with the silent encroachment of those in power into our daily lives, but who accepted it because we "trusted" the ones who were facilitating it.

But greater than the sense of guilt that comes from realizing you have failed your solemn duty to defend principle above power must be the sense of resolve to never let it happen again. That is the way of patriots, and that is where I think a growing majority of Americans are finding themselves. As a result, they are wondering where to turn and are asking what to do to restore Constitutional government. The answer is closer than they think.

In 1798, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison authored the Kentucky and Virginia resolutions in response to the very type of federal government overreach that we are experiencing today. In those resolutions, these giants of American government tell us exactly where we as concerned citizens should be turning when Congress exceeds their constitutional authority – our state:

"The several States composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution...they constituted a general government for special purposes – delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self government."

As columnist Daniel Baker explains, what that means is that the States are co-partners in owning the Constitution, and collectively "hired" Congress, the president and Supreme Court to manage it. Like the owners of any business, if those they have hired to run it are abusing their duties and responsibilities – or assuming authority they have not been rightfully given – the owners (States) have the power to take corrective action.

This flies in the face of what has become conventional wisdom. We have wrongfully accepted the notion that since Article VI of the Constitution gives the national government "supremacy" over the states if the two have conflicting laws that must mean whatever the national government wants to do, the states must accept it. Wrong. The supremacy clause ONLY applies to those areas where the states have given the national government the authority to legislate.

But in areas where the national government has no constitutional authority to act (healthcare, education, etc.), the founders were clear: "where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy." That's right – the states must exert their authority and refuse to enact within their borders any national legislation that is beyond the national government's constitutional bounds.

And if the national government objects to the nullification of their laws, the Constitution gives them no recourse. As Jefferson wrote, "[the States] alone...[are] parties to the compact, and solely authorized to judge in the last resort of the powers exercised under it, Congress not being a party, but merely a creature of the compact, and subject...to the final judgment of...[the States]."

Barack Obama made clear in his State of the Union Address that he has no desire to alter course and is calling on Democrats to double down on enacting legislation they have no authority to enact. Yes, that means it is our solemn duty to toss them from office at the first opportunity. But even more importantly, our immediate answer should be to elect state officials with the spine to flex their muscles and exert their rightful check on the abuses of the national government."

"That's why I've called for a bipartisan Fiscal Commission, modeled on a proposal by Republican Judd Gregg and Democrat Kent Conrad.

This can't be one of those Washington gimmicks that lets us pretend we solved a problem. The commission will have to provide a specific set of solutions by a certain deadline.

Now, yesterday, the Senate blocked a bill that would have created this commission. So I'll issue an executive order that will allow us to go forward, because I refuse to pass this problem on to another generation of Americans."

In other words, I don't care what the Constitution says or how Congress votes, I'll just push my socialistic agenda thru with an unlawful EXECUTIVE ORDER!
And NOT ONE major news outlet picked up on it. Wake up guys!

I normally don’t have a lot of time on the internet to spend on the board, this week I been on it trying to help connect people and supplies… hence a few post while waiting on calls - welcome or unwelcome there here…
Here is a synopsis

ORH is still shuttling planes in and out of Haiti with 3 planes. They have been going in full and coming out full with rescue/injured. On takeoff for his 5th trip Dave lost an engine but was able to land safely. Dave borrowed a plane and has plans for his to have the engine replaced in a week. They sent a container of medical supplies and 40 carnival tents we arranged on the way and plan on setting up a more permanent medical team in the coming days. ORH folks witness to all they come in contact with. Amen

ISOH Impact is on the ground in Haiti with a 20member medical team working 24/7. Two containers already sent (one with the other 40 tents we arranged) and 50 containers preparing to go in a chain to feed 1 million meals, wow. They are trying to get a portable x-ray machine in. Their supplies were running low when the Mexican military approached them and restocked their supplies. But now they need more. Everyone says this is going to take a long time. They say well drilling equipment is a needful tool to sustain life... I know a pro well-man willing to go and drill just needs a rig….

The few little things I have been able to do from here just making a few phone calls; connecting people that have, with those that move, to those that need, has been rewarding. Pray that these folks and the many others, can yes, do the much needed humanitarian work in the months to come, but that all this will open doors of witness to turn this people’s heart to God and righteousness. The concentration on Haiti will also hurt else where as well, Not enough to go around so places like Honduras, Guyana, Africa get supplies reduced or cut from NGOs.. It will affect us directly here for sure this year. We were already sharing our donations with folks around us and the public school last year because they did not have enough.(the 8 starving kids eating wood on the blog a few weeks ago) Here in Honduras, after it was destroyed during Hurricane Mitch 10 years ago(I came to help then and it broke my heart so here I am) there was a influx of much help. Some still yet today 10 years later. Honduras was smart enough to use this to lift the economy of Honduras a little. Many blessings for all fell on them, but with each monetary blessing came spiritual costs. The USA set up modern cell towers and communications… Everyone can afford a cell phone, so every teenager has one… and cable tv filled with worldly junk, even al-jazeera, Chinese and Venezuelan stations. And we now have every different kind of religion under the sun with an influence here. This too will happen in Haiti, A great door of opportunity is open… Will it be used or wasted by Christians?

The Blog has been updated on things here in Honduras. Had a wonderful outreach in the mountains, The Kia is fixed thanks to a ministering saint. After several days and numerous times pulling the water pump up, Had to replace the wire, some tubing, clean the pump and motor and replace capacitors, but it is now pumping water at the Orphanage and Barry Jr is tired. Busy week ahead getting all the kids ready for the new school year. The church boys went tracting… Photos of this and more are at

Get a load of this. According to a C of E priest, it's OK for people to shoplift if they find themselves in hard times:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,580807,00.html

The Scripture is very clear about theft:

"Thou shalt not steal." (Exodus 20:15)

...and in the New Testament:

"Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth." (Ephesians 4:28)

This is the sort of thing that happens when preachers forsake the Scripture and become advocates of a humanistic "social gospel" which only offers its hearers a temporary salvation from the hardships of this life, but without any certain hope for eternity.
