Acts 28:17-24 "Some believed"

* Some will gladly receive the gospel VRS 24
Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Some will not hear it!
Some will not honor it!
Some will not heed it!
II Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost
Thank God some will!
Paul preached the same message to the crowd, only some believed.
It's not the preachers fault.....ALL HE CAN DO IS PREACH THE WORD!
Salvation is not about the preacher....Salvation is not about the Church...........IT IS ABOUT FAITH!
John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
God does not force you to believe...He wants you too.
* Some will be going to glory (Sad....Not all will)
Some will miss out on the riches of Heaven.
Some will miss out on the rest of Heaven.
Some will miss out on the redemption of Heaven.
Hebrews 2:3 "How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation"
Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Some will miss it, Thank God some will enjoy it!
Some of our Family will believe.
Some of our Friends will believe. Sad....Not all of them.

* Some will glorify God In verse 24 two groups of people listed. Those who did, and those who did not believe. Today our churches are full of the same type of people......Lost......And saved.
II Corinthians 10:17 But HE THAT GLORIETH, LET HIM GLORY IN THE LORD.

Some still praise. (Psalm 118:29)
Some still pray. (I Thessalonians 5:17)
Some still proclaim the gospel. (Mark 16:15)


Not all, but some............Thank God for the some.
