Baptist Pastors used to stand up for truth and right, like this guy, but much of our focus has been skewed at best, for the past 100 years. Too bad. We better get back to doing what God says is right and truthful, or He will get SOMEONE ELSE to do the job!

I am a bit confused here.

A thread I started about bush/cheney was locked because the moderator says even though we disagree with our leaders in government we must obey Romans chapter 13.

I do see a contradiction in this thread.

Well brothers are we to stop preaching God`s Word {i.e.free speech} to obey Romans chapter 13 in detail because our Government is passing Laws to do so?

It seems to disobey the IRS is to disobey God according to the last post in the locked thread bush/cheney on Romans Chapter 13.

No brother it would take you as others to catch Bush/Cheney/Rice in the very act of their crimes for you and them to believe what they are guilty of.I will not discuss the links and evidence but believe that this Country is in deep trouble and lives have been lost.In our own government exist real terrorist whether you believe it or not.


Obama I suspect will win office for the President and real Christian`s can`t even accept the possibilty that Obama is a real Muslim with an evil agenda for America and Hillary will end up being the USA`s Vice President.

Christians set and watch Oprah`s show daily and believe she is a Bible believing Christian when she said on a show Jesus can`t possibly be the only way to heaven.Thank God for the two Christian ladies that stood to their feet and quoted Jesus Christ I am the way,the truth and the life and no man can come to the Father except through Me.

Muslims want to take control of the USA and they can`t do it from the outside.If a secret Muslim goes in as President then Islam could destroy the USA from the inside out.

Also I suspect that when Obama win`s before or shortly after there will be an attempt on his life and it just may succeed.What Hillary wants Hillary gets.


If you dont think the above is possible just forget it and dont worry yourself over something you dont believe in.

It was my understanding that that particular thread was closed because of it's content and direction. It was kind of obvious where it was going, and that would not have resulted in anything pretty. I would rather this site not be reduced to a political confrontation, but rather that everything we say be honoring and glorifying to our Lord Jesus Christ.

What mud was being slung about presidents, past present and future, doesn't do anyone any good. I know I am guilty just as anyone else is, but let's keep it to facts and things. Name-calling never did anyone any good.

I have my opinions on politics and they parallel brother Raymond's to a "T", so I try to stay out of political arguments encompassing the two-party system anyway.

Brother Miller, I went to the article although I am not Brother Jim, and decided I wanted to find out about rense.com. I went to their home page and all I can tell you is that this is not a site a Christian person should look at much less believe in.

There are ads on the home page for the paranormal, the occult, psychic powers, drugs (oxycontin), and other things that are not in keeping with what a Christian should be viewing.

I am really sort of surprised that you would give any credence at all to anything that comes from this site.

Brother George, I was not aware of the unChristian part of the website posted above.I did a search, on Hillary will kill Obama, and just wanted an opinion on the article itself.It seems the article, has some information from a insider who worked with Bob Dole ect.

I do apologize for the wicked links connected to that particular website.Sometimes, the truth will come out of unGodly minds.
