Husband Job
I would appreciate prayer for my husband to find employment. We have been praying for a better job for a long time. Last Thursday he went to work and was let go. It truly was out of the blue. He worked for a courier company. It was in the middle of our revival meetings(which were wonderful). He was blessed to be able to attend more meetings because of it. He believes God is getting him out of his comfort zone and making him get into gear. He says he was too comfortable in his job and not about what he should have been. Anyway prayer would greatly be appreciated. Thanks, Theresa

RE: Husband Job
Be confident in the fact that God is working His perfect plan. Seek Him and His righteousness, honor Him, and He will direct your steps. Be alert to the doors that He opens, as He closes others.

Brother Tim Keyes (Proverbs 3:5-6)
When I fully rely upon God, I find that He is fully reliable.

Amen Brother Tim; well said. Theresa, you do definitely have my prayers on this subject. These are difficult times to be losing a job but as Brother Tim said God will open other doors.

RE: Husband Job
I too will be praying. One of the most memorable and wonderful times in my life was when I lost my job on 9/11 and we had no income and my wife being pregnant with out second. The Lord showed me how wonderful it is to rely solely on Him and how he provided for us like a Father.
And you know what, he provided exactly what we needed, when we needed it. To this day, I couldn't tell you how He did it or where the money came from, but came it did.
Love in Christ,
Jim
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

RE: Husband Job
I just wanted to thank you for your prayers again, God has blessed us this week, (well he blesses us everyday) we had to spend the money we saved for our daughter to go to church camp on bills. A family in the church heard Danny got laid off, they paid the $150 for her to go to camp. We are very thankful and she is very excited. A family in the church showed up at our house with some bags of groceries. I am thankful that our God cares even about the little stuff.
