Barrack Hussein Obama
I know most of the folks here understand that the dummycrats aren't even close to knowing what America is all about, but this muslim "Senator" is beyond liberal. His cousin is now the prime minister in Kenya, by the way.

RE: Barrack Hussein Obama
And here's his take on the scriptures:
"I will tell you that I don't believe in gay marriage, but I do think that people who are gay and lesbian should be treated with dignity and respect and that the state should not discriminate against them. So, I believe in civil unions that allow a same-sex couple to visit each other in a hospital or transfer property to each other. I don't think it should be called marriage, but I think that it is a legal right that they should have that is recognized by the state. If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans. That's my view. But we can have a respectful disagreement on that."

Amen, Bro Jim!
Another "myth" that these "New Americans" believe in is, that America is "multicultural." America was NEVER meant to be multicultural. This is one of the prime reasons our nation is experiencing many of the problems it has today. America was built on a Judeo-Christian work ethic/precept. Ben Franklin said that "Our constitution was made solely for a RELIGIOUS (meaning Christian) people, it will work for NO OTHER."

Amen, MS i couldn't agree more. America would be a whole lot better if it wasn't so multi-cultural. Indeed, I think this was the major mistake/downside of slavery. Without slavery and with wiser (i.e., more selective immigration) we could have ensured a purer, mono-cultural America; thereby avoiding the scourge of multi-ethnicism that has wrought such charlatans as Barack Obama. I mean who in his right mind would believe that he is a Christian and believes in God. His claims to being saved and confessing Jesus as his Saviour are just a left-wing ploy that anyone can see through. Anyone can see that he'll end up in the same place as judas and MLK. Please!

I am more curious than anything else (not trying to be divisive), but what is the difference between selective immigration and racism? Do we only accept people of other races whose culture matches our own? Since America is a hybrid, will that ever happen? What are your thoughts?
These questions are directed to everybody?

RE: Barrack Hussein Obama
Obama spoke about working class Americans and their hardships as he commented, “So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
He claims to be a Christian, yet refers to "religion" with such distaste. I believe the cat has run very far out of the bag now.
@greektim
I think our nation would be walking a fine line which could slip to racism if we form immigration policy while referencing a purer America with the goal of eliminating entrance of people of mixed race. We should accept law-abiding people of other races no matter their culture.
A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word, 'darkness' on the walls of his cell. - C. S. Lewis
